How can I determine where my parcel is and when it will be delivered?

1. You have placed a direct order with the Kräuterhaus Sanct Bernhard:

If you have placed an online order, you can check in your Account management under "Orders placed" as to whether the order is still being processed or whether the delivery has already been dispatched.

You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service and ask for the consignment number.
In this way you can carry out tracking of the consignment yourself on the respective website of the logistics service provider (Hermes, DHL, FedEx).
Our employees are happy to clarify when you will receive the ordered goods.

Please register with Amazon.de via your account.
