How can I cancel, complain about or return my order?

In such cases, our Customer Service can assist you.

If the order has not yet been sent and is still in the warehouse, you can try to cancel via the Customer Service. Please contact us.

  • However, we recommend that you phone us as quickly as possible after placing the order when wishing to cancel, so that the order processing is halted.
  • Returns: If the delivery is already underway, you can return the goods within 14 days and thus use your right of revocation.
